About Pockets of Hope

On January 5, 2022 my mother underwent her mastectomy after her second breast cancer diagnosis. A hoodie with pockets on the inside was donated to her to help hold the drainage tubes that are put in place during recovery. The comfort that she felt from the zip up hoodie was essential in her recovery.

In an effort to purchase another one for her, I found that they were being sold for close to $50. That just didn't sit right with me. During a time in a woman's life when they're already stressed with the financial burden of the cost of cancer, something to keep them comfortable should not be added to that list.

So in an effort to help women like my mom, I decided to purchase hoodies, sew pockets on the inside and donate them to everyone and anyone who needs one! They are completely free of cost and we will ship anywhere!
