ordering instructions

1. Size: Make sure to size up. Our manufactured sweatshirts currently run small.

2. Date you need it by: put a date that is two weeks prior to the surgery date so that we can ensure it arrives on time

3. If you are requesting for someone else, make sure to put “c/o YOUR NAME” so they know who it is coming from.

4. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive one prior to your surgery date, but I promise that we try our best!

5. We cannot guarantee when you will you receive one just because you made a donation!

6. If you’re ordering from overseas, we cannot guarantee that you will receive one and/or you may have to pay additional tariff fees. Once we ship our packages, we have no control over what happens thereafter.

7. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AND DATE.We do not have the capacity to double check all of the addresses and dates. Make sure to check that you did not put your birth date, and that it’s the correct year.
